Every Faith & Fleur piece is printed just for you once you place your order. Here’s what to expect.
Production Time
Orders are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days. During holidays and busy seasons, production can take a little longer.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 2 to 8 business days
- International: 10 to 30 business days
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren’t guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on select items. If an item can ship to your country, you’ll see shipping options at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Orders With Multiple Items
Some items are made by different production partners, so your order may arrive in more than one package. Each one will have its own tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the customer’s responsibility.
